New Person Parts Training
New Parts Person School affords attendees the great opportunity to see and experience what sets Ditch Witch products apart from any other on the market today. We begin our schools with a tour of the Heritage Center and a history of The Charles Machine Works, Inc. One of the most popular sessions is the Plant Tour which includes the Drill Pipe Facility. Participants gain an appreciation and understanding of what separates Ditch Witch drill pipe, chain, teeth and sprockets and other products from those offered by our competitors. Finally they climb into the seat and experience how our equipment operates followed up with a session that illustrates Product Support after the sale.
